• Defective plumbing and defective roof plumbing and flashings
• Defective/bridged damp-proof course

Unsatisfactory workmanship including:

• Construction which does not meet Australian standards
• Construction which is unsafe
• The use of unsuitable materials
• The existence of makeshift or temporary repairs.
